The center will generate 50,000 healthy meals each day for hospitals, schools, and other institutions throughout Northern California. To coincide with the webinar, we will be releasing an official position statement and purchasing guidance on ethical food purchasing. Graduate students from Mark Bittman’s course "The food justice movement: What does it mean for public health?" at Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University contributed to the development of these resources and the webinar.
